This potent 4% lidocaine topical anesthetic solution is an odorless, non-stinging liquid to be applied during tattooing, permanent makeup, electrolysis, sunburn and post-laser work. It becomes profoundly deadening 90 seconds after application. Use it to wash off all areas, excluding eyeliner.
